I accidentally sent money from the ATM. What Should I Do?
- Submissions made in violation of EURO deposit processing rules cannot be transferred to your BitvBit account and will be refunded within 5 business days, deducting the repatriation transaction fee.
- If you have submitted money through an ATM (Atm), after you have logged in to BitvBit, create a request by clicking on the Help page Request Support link and selecting the subheading "I made an illegal transfer, what should I do" under EURO Deposit Withdrawal Issues. Your request will be returned as soon as possible.
