I made a EURO Deposit. Why Didn't BitvBit Get Into My Account?
  • After creating the EURO Deposit Notice, submissions made in accordance with the rules specified on the EURO  deposit screen are automatically reflected in your accounts by the system. Therefore,  you do not need to provide additional notification that you have submitted after making a EURO deposit.

    Transfers made by wire transfer are processed as soon as possible according to the density status after your transfer, and shipments made with EFT are processed during the bank's working hours.

    If your transfer has not been reflected in your account despite the above-mentioned periods, please check that you have made transactions in accordance with the EURO deposit rules specified on the relevant screens.

    Incorrect submissions made in violation of euro deposit processing rules cannot be transferred to your BitvBit account and will be refunded to the sender within 5 working days, deducting the repatriation processing fee (5  EUR).

    Your submissions will not be processed and returned if:

    • Submissions made through a bank account belonging to a different person that does not match the user account
    • Submissions where there is a discrepancy between the reported amount and the transferred amount
    • Submissions that do not say BitvBit Technology Incorporated in recipient name/title
    • Submissions with deposit notice cancelled
    • Submissions without a description code specifically generated for your deposit
    • Submissions with a used or invalid description code
    • Submissions using Bank Branches and ATMs
    • Submissions via credit card
    • Submissions via a public (used by multiple persons) bank account
    • Submissions made through the company account

    In unusual situations such as slowness and failures in banks' systems, it may take longer to reflect transfers into your accounts, regardless of BitvBit.
